However, please feel free to contact me at craftychocolates@hotmail.com with any queries you many have.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

I will endeavour to dispatch your order within 7 working days of being placed. This timescale can vary depending on busier or quieter times of the year. Please note that this does not include pre-order items or the 'create your own box of chocolates' as this item is made to order.  Please allow 10 working days for this to be dispatched, along with any other items ordered at the same time. Please contact me at craftychocolates@hotmail.com if you require your order sooner and I will do my best to accommodate this.

What is the shelf life of your chocolates?

Many of my chocolates have a shelf life of 6-12 months however this does vary depending on the fillings used. I always recommend that the chocolates are consumed within 4 weeks to ensure they are at their best.

How should I store my chocolates?

Be sure you store your chocolates at room temperature, in a cool, dark place, away from any heat sources and out of direct sunlight.

How are your chocolates made?

I handcraft all of my chocolates in my teeny tiny home workshop in Leicester, using high quality chocolate couverture. I decorate the chocolates using edible cocoa butters, either by hand painting or using an airbrush. All fillings are made in-house with fresh quality ingredients (and no artificial flavours).
