Shipping policy

All items are currently made to order and I endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 working days of receipt. This timescale can vary at quieter or busier times of the year. Should you require your order sooner, please email me at craftychocolates@hotmail.co.uk and I will try to prioritise your order. Please not that the above timescale will not apply to pre-order items; the dispatch time will be confirmed on the product page.

 

Royal Mail 1st class delivery is free for orders of £40.00 and over. For orders under £40.00, Royal Mail first class delivery is £3.95 and tracked 24 hour delivery is £5.95.  Please note that during the Royal Mail strike dates, I will endeavour to use a different delivery service where possible.
