- Tiramisu - luxurious milk chocolate shell, espresso syrup, mascarpone and Amaretto Disaronno ganache and a savoiardi biscuit base
- Black Forest Gateau - a dark chocolate shell filled with a cherry conserve and a rich dark chocolate ganache
- Lemon Cheesecake - a fresh and tangy lemon curd, cream cheese ganache and a browned butter biscuit base, encased in a white chocolate shell; what's not to love?!
- Apricot & Cardamom Cookie - Apricot conserve with an apricot and cardamom white chocolate ganache, atop a cardamom cookie base
All of the chocolates are made from luxurious Belgian chocolate, and include homemade fillings made using fresh, quality ingredients. As each chocolate is handmade by me, you can be sure that a great deal of thought, care and attention goes into each and every one. As all of the chocolates are hand painted, the appearance of them can vary (however I think that this uniqueness adds to their charm!)
